This leadership conference recovers the power of God’s grace and connects to the true desires it fosters in you. It will give structure and strategy to step out in those desires with wisdom and strength.
Doors open at 8:30 am for registration and a coffee reception. 15-minute breaks will be held at 10:30 am and 2:45 pm, with lunch served at 12:15pm. We will close with worship by 3:30 pm.

Sean & Kate Norris
Sean and Kate have been a ministry team for over 20 years. They have served as entrepreneurial leaders in various churches and para-church ministries in Pittsburgh, New York City, and Charleston. Their call to ordained ministry arose out of a profound experience of being met in their pain and brokenness by the radical grace of Jesus Christ.
Drew Williams
Drew is a passionate Gospel writer and speaker whose life message is to draw his audience ever more deeply into the radical love, grace and mercy of Jesus Christ. He is regularly invited to speak at the UN in New York and leads conferences across the US, Europe and Africa. He was consecrated Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of New England in 2019 where he continues to build a grace centric, entrepreneurial culture of growth and excellence that mobilizes leaders and vision in the love of God.

Josh is a passionate strategist, coach, and speaker dedicated to empowering leaders to step into the fullness of God’s calling on their lives. With a heart for both business and ministry, Josh has worked with over 30 churches across the United States, helping them grow in impact, attendance, and giving by over 15% consecutively. He also partners with business owners and leaders to create clear vision, align their organizations with their core values, and produce predictable results.
